                Membership

Full Membership of the foundation is open to individuals including entrepreneurs, businessmen and persons aspiring to be entrepreneurs, corporate organizations, students who are offered Associate Membership. Each membership status attracts an annual fee with benefits attached depending on the category of membership subscribed. There are three main categories of membership including the following:
1. Individual Membership
■Full Membership
■ Affiliate Membership
2. Corporate Membership
3. Associate Membership

 1. Full Individual Membership
REQUIREMENTS
■ To be a Full Individual Member of the Foundation, a person must be at least 18 years of age, morally and financially responsible
■ Full Individual Membership of the Foundation attracts a current fee of N25, 000.00K/$100 per annum, which is however subject to review.
■ To qualify as a Full Individual Member of the Foundation, a person must be a certified legally responsible citizen of a recognised country under the United Nations.
■ Membership is renewable yearly on subscription through the payment of the prescribed membership fee.

BENEFITS
■ A Full Individual Member of the Foundation is entitled to attend any of the Foundation’s Open Training Programmes at a discount
■ A Full Individual Member of the Foundation is entitled to receive newsletters and updates with respect to the programmes and activities of the Foundation
■ A Full Individual Member of the Foundation shall be entitled to be mentored on principles and practice of Entrepreneurship & Good Business Management, and entitled To receive free business counselling for 6 hours per annum  in areas such as :
1. Business Planning & Execution,
2. Market Development & Expansion,
3. Attraction & Retention of Customers,
4. Innovation & Business Re-engineering,
5. Attracting Investments & Capitalisation
6. Business & Corporate Finance,
7. HR & Operations Management,
8. Retirement & Business Succession from the founder and distinguished resource persons.
■ Additional needs for counselling and consulting in excess of the above allowance will come at a discounted cost.
■ A Full Individual Member of the Foundation shall be entitled to vie for and be elected into any of the offices created under the constitution of the foundation
■ A Full Individual Member of the Foundation shall be entitled to attend any of the Annual General Meetings and other meetings of the Foundation he or she is entitled to attend in an official capacity and participate in decision making


2. Affiliate Individual Membership
REQUIREMENTS
■ A person becomes an affiliate member of the foundation on participation in any of the programmes run by the foundation.

BENEFITS
■ An Affiliate Member of the Foundation is entitled to receive newsletters and updates with respect to the programmes and activities of the Foundation
■ An Affiliate Member of the Foundation is entitled to attend any of the Annual General Meetings of the Foundation as an Observer


3. Corporate Membership
Corporate Membership of the Foundation is open to corporate institutions which are duly registered or legally established and/or under an enabling law, and embraces the principles and practice of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

REQUIREMENTS
■ Annual Membership Fee for Private Limited Liability Company with 5 years of practical business existence or less is N50, 000.00/$250, however subject to review.
■ Annual Membership Fee for Private Limited Liability Company with more 5 years of practical business existence or is N100, 000.00/$500, however subject to review.
■ Annual Membership Fee for a Public Limited Liability Company or Public Corporation is
   N200, 000.00K/$1000, however subject to review.
■ Membership is renewable yearly on subscription through the payment of the prescribed membership fee

BENEFITS
■ A Corporate Member of the Foundation is entitled to nominate its staff or members to attend any of the Foundation’s Open Training Programmes at attractive discount
■ A Corporate Member of the Foundation is entitled to receive newsletters and updates with respect to the programmes and activities of the Foundation
■ A designated number of Nominated Staff and Members of a Corporate Member of the Foundation are entitled to be mentored on principles and practice of Entrepreneurship & Good Business Management, and entitled to receive free business counselling for 6 hours per annum  in areas such as
1. Customer Service & Customer Relations Management,
2. Corporate Governance, Strategy & Planning,
3. Market Development & Expansion, Retention of Customers,
4. Innovation & Business Re-engineering & Restructuring,
5. Management Buy-outs, Mergers & Acquisitions etc.
6. Attracting Investments, Capitalization & Corporate Finance,
7. Human Resource & Operations Management,
8. Retirement & Business Succession from the founder, faculty members and distinguished resource persons.
■ Additional needs for counselling and consulting in excess of the above allowance will come at a discounted cost.
■ A designated number of Nominated Staff and Members of a Corporate Member shall be entitled to vie for and be elected into any of the offices created under the constitution of the foundation
■ A designated number of Nominated Staff and Members of a Corporate Member shall be entitled to attend any of the Annual General Meetings and other meetings of the Foundation he or she is entitled to attend in an official capacity and participate in decision making




4. Associate Membership
Associate Membership of the foundation is open to students and academic staff of higher institutions of learning including Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education.

REQUIREMENTS
■ To be an Associate Member of the Foundation, a person must be at least 15 years of age, a bonafide student of a legally recognized higher institution of learning, morally and educationally responsible
■ Associate Membership of the Foundation attracts a current fee of N2, 000.00K/$10 per annum, which is however subject to review.
Membership is renewable yearly on subscription through the payment of the prescribed membership fee

BENEFITS
■ An Associate Member of the Foundation is entitled to attend any of the Foundation’s Open Training Programmes at a discount
■ An  Associate Member of the Foundation is entitled to receive newsletters and updates with respect to the programmes and activities of the Foundation
■ An Associate Member of the Foundation shall be entitled to be mentored on principles and practice of Entrepreneurship & Good Business Management, and entitled to receive business counselling from the founder and distinguished resource persons free for a maximum of 2 hours per annum.
■ An Associate Member of the Foundation shall be entitled to vie for and be elected into any of the offices of student chapters created under the constitution of the foundation
■ An Associate Member of the Foundation shall have access to the resource materials of the Foundation electronically at no cost



THE FOUNDATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY PERSON’S (INCLUDING A CORPORATE BODY) REQUEST TO JOIN THE FOUNDATION, AND MAY REVOKE SUCH MEMBERSHIP WHICH ACTIVITIES THE FOUNDATION FINDS TO BE INIMICAL TO THE OBJECTIVES THIS FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED TO MEET.
